Two Ways Care Gets Paid For

Which one applies to you decides everything else on this page, so it is worth two seconds before you read the rates.

We bill your plan Your plan is one we are credentialed with. Your visits are billed to it, and what you pay is set by the plan rather than by the rates on this page. When Your Plan Pays

Strength Works PT is credentialed with Medicare and Aetna. Plans differ, so call and we will check yours before anything is booked.

If yours is one of them, your visits are billed to your plan rather than paid at the rates further down this page. What you owe is whatever your plan sets, and we will tell you what that is before anything is booked.

If Medicare is paying for your care, your plan of care also needs to be signed by your physician, which we help arrange. Neither one holds up your first appointment.

What a Visit Costs

If your plan is not one we bill, or you would rather keep the plan out of it, you can pay for your care directly. Either way you know the cost before the first visit.

From $120 A visit

Plans start as low as $120 a visit, depending on whether a visit needs half an hour or a full hour. Your therapist will recommend the best option for you.

The First Phone Call Is Free

Five to fifteen minutes with a physical therapist, at no charge and with nothing to sign. Long enough to describe what is going on and hear whether physical therapy is likely to help, roughly how many visits that tends to take, and what it would cost.

If the answer is that you need something else first, you will be told that too.

Everything Else Worth Knowing

TravelIncluded within 15 miles of Hicksville, which covers most of the area we serve. Beyond that, a $20 travel fee applies per visit.
Changing your mindIf your recovery takes a different shape than expected, say so. Nobody is held to a plan that stopped making sense.
A written estimateIf you are paying for your care yourself, you have the right to a good faith estimate in writing before you start. Ask and we will give you one.
